Our story
Specialty coffee is about place — the soil, the altitude and the hands that grew the beans. Café Pod presses single-origin Colombian coffee into pods that hold the character of one growing region, so each cup is a true taste of that place. And because the pods are compostable, you get the flavour without the plastic. It is a simple idea: good coffee from a single origin, brewed easily, and a pod that returns to the earth instead of the landfill.

Single-origin Colombian beans are roasted and ground, then pressed into pods made from a compostable, plant-based material. Each pod holds a measured dose of coffee and seals in the aroma until you brew it. After brewing, the pod and its grounds compost at home.
Drop a pod into your coffee machine, press brew, and enjoy. After the cup, take the used pod out and add it to your home compost, where the plant-based material and coffee grounds break down over time.
